Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for all cancellations for haircut services, and color/chemical services. In the event of a no-show, the full-service fee will be billed to the card on file. Please contact me directly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
